CNC Guillotine Shear 6X3000

DAC360 system controls the backgauge, shearing strokes, cutting angles and the clearance between the upper and lower blades with great precision. The ram stroke can be adjusted automatically to achieve fast and accurate shearing of short workpiece and thus to improve productivity. The high speed backgauge is driven by linear guideway and ballscrew with a speed of up to 250mm/s and a sheet refeed of up to 1000mm. To improve shearing quality, the system can automatically adjust the clearance between upper and lower blades for different materials of varying thickness.
